    Hey alls,

I have a folder that I need to break up into several subclients.  Isilon docs say to use * as a wildcard for content or filters.  When I try to add this to my content tab, I get "Invalid Content Path!".

I can use something like /ifs/data/team-0* as a filter, but I cant use this a content path.

I am setup with 2-way configuration.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi Chris,

Im pretty sure that the usage of * would be similiar to the example we have in this link, for Isilon.

For example: If you want to filter all the filenames starting with LICENSE, specify LICENSE*. However, filenames starting with license (in lowercase) will not be filtered

EMC Isilon Filters are supported only for EMC Isilon filer version 6.5.4 and later.

    The following wildcards are supported

    • Multiple character wildcard: *
    • Single character wildcard: ?
    • Character range wildcard: [a-z]

For example, the filter file[a-z] will match files named filea, fileb, filec, and so on.

    • Choice range wildcard: [abc]

For example, the filter file[123] will match files named file1, file2, and file3.

Refer to vendor documentation for additional information.
