APPS - Missed SLA Report Error

    I have APPS installed and I'm trying to use the "apps - missed SLA report". The report runs fine and I see the clients that have missed their SLA, however once I click exclude subclient from SLA and click ok I receive the following error message "javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Missing final '@domain' in string ``null''" Nothing happens and the subclient is not excluded from SLA.

    turns out this was caused because my "admin" account (created at install) didn't have an email address set within CV.
