    Hi All,

    regards,

Create a subclient for the mailboxes you want to archive and set the settings you need.
All other mailboxes can stay in the subclients that already exist

Edit: Was focussing on the wrong section of the text, regarding calandar only are you using the old or the current agent?

With the current agent (v2 Mailbox agent) you have the ability to provide archiving and cleanup policies at Mailbox level. You can configure which folders (or message types) to include or exclude in these policies.

I'm using the classic mailbox agent. My user having issue on calendar size. So I want to archive only calendar rather than message.

Would recommend to use the new mailbox agent so you have the granular controls that were mentioned.  With these controls you can specify the message classes you would for the agent to archive/cleanup
