    Hi,

In a workflow we are making use of the type "UserGroupEntity" in order to get the list of user groups. But this doesn't list the tenants user groups.
How can we also include the tenant user groups?

    Hi Bart,

Can please we have some more details on this. What is the security level of user ? Is the user commcell/Company user? Does the user has correct permissions to see Tenant user groups? What Commvault Service Pack are we trying this on?

the user is a commvault administrator. So he has the permissions to see all groups.

    Hi,

This is working from the webconsole. We will fix the commcell console to show all groups also. If you need to make this work from the commcell console then in the short term you can use the /UsersAndGroups api via the httpclient activity or use a db query before this activity and get the list of all groups from the umgroups table
