    i'm using Simpana 11 SP 14.
I have a question about the report views.

Under Reports -> My Reports -> General i think i see reports that i have create with my account, right?
Under Other Reports i see my reports too and from some other users.
If i go to my Commcell server -> View -> Schedules and sort for type Report i see reports that i can't see under My Reports or Other Reports?
    Any idea why?

Hello Dennis, if you are an admin or have report management capability on the CommCell, you will see reports created by other users under Other reports.

regarding the schedules that you are seeing, users may have created schedules for webconsole reports or in the reports section we have around 18 reports which can be scheduled.

if possible, attach a screenshot to this thread. i can check and let you know.

    Screenshots at the attachment.
I find it a little bit confusing not to see all reports at a central place.....

in the Console, Cliclk on "Reports" tab and click on Job Summary or Audit Trail.

you will see all the available reports. we have around 20 reports in there.

Please refer to the attachments for screenshots.

The reports you see under My Reports and Other Reports are either reports you or your collegues created or specific views of the canned reports that can be found as Venkat indicated.

In SP14, you should also have Web Reports in the Web Console, which have some overlap with the Java Console reports.  In SP14 or 15 there are also reports in the Admin Console/Command Center which are similar to the Web Console ones or tied together somehow (I'm a bit fuzzy on that relationship).

Web Reports can also be scheduled and you can see the schedules from the Java Console but you won't be able to modify them there.  You will need to use the Schedules section in the Web Console.

You can find more Web Reports in the online Store that can be installed into your CommServ and run.  Most of them are Free.

I agree.  Having one place to view reports would be nice.  Right now there are about 4 places.
