Can't seem to get this working, complains about version mismatch.

Tried setting bIgnoreCommServeVersion in Galaxy.ini same message.

Tries setting it in Galaxy.ini in Installation path and it complains that the install folder already exists.

    Where do I set bIgnoreCommServeVersion?

The key does not get put in the ini file, it gets placed in the Windows registry on the server you are using to install the iDA.

Go to regedit, and create a key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ called GalaxyInstallerFlags create a DWORD called bIgnoreCommServeVersion and enable it by assigning it a value of 1.

The install should now proceed as normal.

Let us know how you make out.
