    Hi guys,

When I make a new thread on the Forum I normally get a quick answer from CommVault guys as well as from other members. However what support can I get from CommVault when getting a wrong answer. Because when I place a ticket at CommVault support and I get an answer from them I know for sure that I can get support.

It happened to me that I got a very quick answer from the forum, but not knowing if I could get support with a wrong answer(it really was the good answer) I waited for the answer from CommVault support . So I spilt 2 days.

So how can I know if the answer is correct from the forum.

I hope I am clear, because my English is not so good.

    Regards

    Cees

I think all information on these forums are "as-is".

As the disclaimer in the bottom of the page says:

The content of the forums, threads and posts reflects the thoughts and opinions of each author, and does not represent the thoughts, opinions, plans or strategies of CommVault Systems, Inc. ("CommVault") and CommVault undertakes no obligation to update, correct or modify any statements made in this forum. I don't believe there are users which are actually mallicious here, but you should be carefull with modifications on your production Commserve, with only a forum post as reference.
