We are just starting to test CDR.  I setup  a simple replication from one windows client to another.  The process state gets to Preparing for Replication, and goes no futher.  IPV6 is not turned on on either server.  Has anyone run into this?

Can you cycle the CDR service on the destination side and see if the status flips to something else?  What version and service pack is this?

A couple of things to double check for this issue. In most cases this has to do with communication between the source and the destination CDR servers.

    - ensure that the source and destinsation have the same Service Pack level

    - recycle the CDR services on the source and destination

    - check communication using Telnet over port 8400 and 8402 from the source to the destination then from the destination back to the source

Are your CDR tests completed?  Was the issue communication between the servers? If you ned any further assistance please reply to this thread with any issues that you are having.

    Thank You
