I have a support ticket opened up for this but I thought I'd poke around here while i'm waiting.
I have an issue where I can archive mail from a exchange server no problems.
Stubs showup in the mailbox with the proper icons.
However when I attempt a recovery it proceeds to attempt the recovery and just sits there.
It eventualy errors out but the message isn't very specific just say contact administrator.
In OWA its sits for a longtime then comes back with 500 error.
When I look on the commcell console it doesn't even show a connection being tried...
So i'm wondering if the address in the stub for the recovery is incorrect some how or something and its trying a bad address it can't resolve..
We have similar archiving process happening on another email server and it works perfectly fine.
