    Hello,

I tried to install the Outlook 32-bit archiver addin on a Windows 7 64-bit computer with "outlook-addin.msi /qn" as an administrator. There are no errors but I do not find the plug in "Programs and Features". Are there any registry keys to set for a proper installation?

    Thanks

Is UAC enabled? I was told by CV support that UAC needs to be disabled for the installation to work. You can change it under control panle, users... Then reboot and try the install again.

The add-in is prob intalled but UAC is not allowing it to load.  Disable UAC and see if that fixes the issue.

You may also need to grant permissions to the below reg key.

    For Outlook Add-In installed as 32Bit Add-In on 32Bit OS or as 64Bit Add-In on 64Bit OS:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Galaxy.Ex2KMBDM.CVEAAddin

For Outlook Add-In installed as 32Bit Add-In on 64Bit OS:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Galaxy.Ex2KMBDM.CVEAAddin
