Is there a way to get a report of what  reports a user account is running?  I would like to clean up the old users but am concerned that we might lose reports that we would rather keep.  Any other reasons to worry about deleting old user accounts?  Will alerts that the uses created go away when the user is deleted?

Is there a way to get a report of what  reports a user account is running?

Would the below report be helpful to you?

I need to give this a test in our lab to be sure, however I think the schedules default back to "admin".

It would be helpful.  If schedules default back to admin, it is interesting and useful but not quite as necessary.

    Thanks

    Hello SteveMN,

    I performed a quick test:

    • Created a user
    • Scheduled a data protection job as the newly created user
    • Viewed the DP job within the scheduler
    • Deleted the user
    • Logged back in as my default account and the DP job was still scheduled, therefore it appears to retain those settings.

Let me know if you have different results.
