    This isn't really directed at the commvault technicians but more of all users of the forum.

    How are you pushing out the registry permission to give your users full control of the outlook addin key so that auto popups happen?

    modifying permissions on the registry key may be required for more than just Auto Open.  That being said, this article may help

    Maybe I needed more sleep or something I was playing with this yesterday and I that wasn't working.

    Today it works! =)

    Incase anyone else is wondering.

    In the GPO go:

    Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings- Registry

    Then add the key with the proper permissions.
