I am backup up 6 exchange servers and also the public folders.

Now i discovered that it does not backup all the public folders and when i go into the default agent and look at the contents it says All Folders. Now when i click browse it only shows 2 folders and there are many more.

What could be wrong?? I am talking about Commvault 8.0 with all updates installed.

Just for future reference, normally the best way to keep permissions up to date for brick level Public Folder backups, we normally recommend the Microsoft utility PFDAVADMIN -

Client level permissions do not propogate through the PF store easily, but with this tool, you can push out permissions from the root all the way down.  If end users start creating folders with locked down permissions, in most cases they will not include the backup account.  As long as you push out permissions on a semi-regular basis, you will not have to worry about a data loss situation because the backup did not have permissions on a user create object.
