Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has seen this behaviour. I am using Exchange Compliance Archiver, CV10 SP3B and I'm attempting to view failed items for some Offline Content Indexing jobs. If I right click the job > View Content Index > Failed Items I get the message "To view successful, failed or skipped items, Operation Manager Package must be installed on the CS". This was happening before I installed Operations Manager on each CommServe node but even after installing it I still get the same message and I can't view successful, skipped or failed items.

    Thanks, Gavin

    Gavin,

Any reason why you are not running SP6? I just test this on my commserve console and am able to view failed/skipped/successful items without issue.

Hi Isle, thanks for taking pity on this post - it had been in the wilderness on its own for a while. No particular reason we are on an older SP at this stage, the system is a new one to me so will investigate this option. I'd be interested to hear if this is a problem which does exist at CV 10 SP3b level. Cheers, Gavin
