I have a problem with CommVault 10 (SP6) Email Archiving.

We do every week a synthetic full backup, but since three weeks, we are getting a failure message:

    Programm fsIndexRestore

    Event Code: 14:38

Unable to restore under [<String>] for [<String>] at time [<String>].

It has been worked fine for about 4 months. We have not changed anything on the servers.

I can't find anything about that problem and hope someone can give me a solution about the problem.

Hi Marco, hope you are well.  May we please ask to call into Support and log an incident, this should not happen ideally.

We'll need full CommServe, MediaAgent and Client logs, along with a copy of the CommServe DB to analyze further.
