I was just wondering if anybody has come across a problem when manually seeding data.

I have completed this process numerous time however recently I have experianced an issue when even though I have added the reg key the userscachedb on the media agent and run the aux copy job from the USB disk into the media library however not all the time the directory gets created under the CV_CLDB area.  Any ideas?

Hi Chris, hope you are well.

Are you getting an error of any sort?

    Hello,

No there is no error message that I can see, it seems to create the cache db for some of the aux copy jobs but not all.

Thanks, if you wouldn't mind calling in an Incident, this doesn't seem like expected behavior.

Please share that Incident number as well via a private message to myself directly, we'll track it internally.
