We experiened an odd behavior today.

A branch office had it's RX bandwidth completely consumed for 40 minutes today.  there are no restore jobs in the logs.  Any idea what Commvault would be doing sending several hundred MB to a branch other than a restore?

Were using Version 8.0.0, and the CDR agent at that site.

    Hi EdwardW,

Is that site a destination for your CDR pair?

No - All pairs from all branches are coming back to the corporate office.  Any other ideas?

CDR source clients rarely receive anything , unless someone attempted to push patches to it?  Can you check if this was the case?

Okay it turn out that it was disater recovery files.  We are backing up chunk files to that location, and have been for a few months.  Our traffic optimizer was turned off, meaning that we were moving 700+ MB rather than just a few.
