When users select an archived email and click "To my mailbox" the job is submitted and immiediately a message pops uo and quickly dissappears. The message is as follows:
    Failure
Could not retrieve information for the logged in user to perform Exchange restore to Mailbox operation
    Any thoughts?

Also could you advise of the following

    1. Are you are content indexing Exchange Journal client or Mailbox?

    2. Does this user have an exchange Mailbox configured on the client?

    Thank you

    Don

Thank you for confirming.  Cloud you provide the QSDK.log file which can be found in the log files directory where Commvault was installed?

    Program Files\CommVault\Simpana\Log Files

Also is the exchange server part of a DAG cluster?
