we use commvault 9 with all service pack and we just put in place the files archive for our file server.

can I add a popup when a user click on the stub so they could know that ther file is being recovered, if so where can customise.

    thanks

    Does this help?

    Key     WinFSDataMigrator (standard)

Description     When GXHSMNOPOPUPis set to N, a default popup message is displayed that includes the file path and file name when a local stub is recalled. This key allows you to customize the popup message. By embedding <excludefilename> in the custom message, the popup will not display the file path and file name.

After you include this key, restart the DataArchiver services for the change to take effect.
