We have been backing up an EMC Celerra system using a NAS client for the past couple of years. Yesterday when a restore request was sent to me I noticed that the vast majority of the files from a particular directory were not being backed up. Going to the earliest full we have to the most recent backup produces only five files when there should be 154.

This is not a VNX system.

logs do not show any errors.

It ses NDMP so permissions, from, my understanding should not play a role

There are no filters in place.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

    Hi Donovaam,

May we ask to log an incident for further review, we'll have to look deeper into why, also please confirm you don't have any exceptions for exclusions set.
