Hello.  I followed the instructions to deploy a Linux File Recovery Enabler via OVF:

    http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v10/article?p=products/vs_vmware/snap/deploy_fbr.htm

But it shows up as "Disabled" in the Simpana admin tool under "Media Agents".  I don't have any indication as to what's wrong.  I've had MA problems in the past and was able to figure it out pretty quickly, but this one baffles me.  Is there a log or a screen that might tell me what the problem is?

    Jason

We are still running SP9.  We plan to upgrade to SP11 in the next month and I'll report back then.
