    Hello,

    Yesteday, i've upgrade my commserve V9 SP14 to V10 SP11 and I've an error when Pre-Upgrade DataBase.

    Now it's now possible to downgrade because the V9 install package say to finish V10 upgrade and V10 upgrade generate an error.

    Hello Matth,

    Im sorry you are having problems.  Its hard to say from this log cut what the root issue is, becuase this error is a reattempt of a DB upgrade after a failed partial attempt.  We would need to see the log for the first failure.  Im sure the failure occured during the DB upgrade process itself, most likely during main upgrade phase.

    If that is the case you are more than likely going to need to open a case with support for further analysis. If you havnt already please do so.  You can private message me your ticket number so I can check it out with the engineer.

    To answer your other question...there really isnt a rollback option at this failure point other than reinstalling V9 and restoring your latest V9 DB.  I wouldnt recommend this though, because we should be able to help you finish the upgrade after analysis.
