we use Intellisnap for Exchange 2013 machines. There are six exchange node. We have Netapp storage . we could take succesfully snapshot but during Backup copy it fails as the following. we face with this error on Exchange Dag. we tried it on a standalone Exchange it is working fine.

    Error Code: [19:1327]

Description: Attempt start error: [Unable to execute command [ifind.exe] on remote machine [SB-DAG-2013]. Please ensure that the latest service pack is installed on the remote machine. If the problem persists contact your software provider. ]

Please configure a proxy on the properties of the subclient in the intellisnap section.  The ifind process is trying to launch on sb-dag-2013 which is the actual DAG name and not a physical client. Either specify one of the DAG nodes or a seperate proxy which would have the same requirements as outlined here:

    • When you use a proxy configuration, you must install the Exchange Management tools on the proxy. Make sure that the version of the Exchange Management tools is the same version as the Exchange Server.
    • When you perform an Integrity Check on DAG subclients, you must use a proxy. You can use one of the following as the proxy:
      • DAG member server
      • A separate computer that has connectivity to the Exchange server, and that can mount the snapshots
