  • Manual Mount Path change possible after upgrade and hardware refresh?

Recently performed an upgrade from v9SP14 to v11SP4 with a hardware refresh following the preferred method to upgrade the database at the time of the install, using a CommServe DR backup.  The CommServe and target Media Agent is on the same hardware.  The disk library exists on an iSCSI SAN.  I disconnected it from the old hardware, presenting it to the new hardware, and used the same drive letters.  The libraries are accessible by the operating system.  The disk libraries contain deduped data.  My Global DDB is online.  My mount paths appear offline in the disk library.  It would appear that I just need to manually change the mount paths and cycle the services.  The local path defined in the devcie controller details, matches the intended disk device currently and shows accessible on that tab.  I'm not seeing guidance specific to this scenario when searching the forum.  All I'm seeing is the process to move the mount paths, but that really isn't what I'm attempting to do.  I'll have another remote media agent that will fall under the same scenario.  Does anyone have some documentation relating to this?

    Thank you

This is resolved.  Had to just enable it from the Device Controller details and apply.  Not sure why it was disabled unless it does it by default.  Re-cycling the Media Mount Manager service afterwards confirmed that they were online.
