    Hi there,

    It's a strange thing - running version 10 SP14, Domino Archiver agent on Lotus notes 9.0 server. Backup job creates stub in lotus notes database on stubbing rules, mails have "stub mark icon".  Normally a "recovery" job should be initiated when double-clicking a stub to recall an archived email. In this case - nothing happens - no recovery job is initiated (an no errors are displayed) - so the files won't be recalled. After double click in Lotus notes client or on LN web interface (Traveller) a message body is blank or there is attachment.txt file with no content /when archived mail had attachment/. I can browse and recover data with comcell interface, there is OK.

    Do you have any idea?

    Do you have multiple Domino servers configured that the Notes Databases can fail over to?  Do all of the servers have the Domino Mailbox Archiver agent loaded?  

    Two things I would need to look further into this:

    1) Notes.ini from the Domino server(s).  Specifically want to see what is listed in the extmgr section

    2) A log file is generated in the domino data directory - CVLnDMHook.log. Could you reply and attach a copy of that log file?

    solved, after install domino agent archiver is needed restart client
