    Hi

    I cannot search as other user, only as commvault local user admin

    Hi Pal,

    You are going to have to open a Support Case with CommVault. Why? Because the symptoms indicate the problem user account possibly exist multiple times in the CommServe database with the same GUID reference. This usually happens when the same account gets deleted / recreated several times as during troubleshooting efforts.

    When you open a Support case, the engineer can help you to obtain and run script FixDuplicateADUserEntry to correct this.
