    Hello,

is there an option to automatic fail over to the next copy precedence, to recall files?

File archived in location A. AuxCopy to location B. Recall of a file in location A fail, if the media agent in location A is off (temporary). The file will not be recalled from location B without manual interaction.

    Storage policy configuration:
    - 1_Primary -> media agent and disk lib in location A
    - 2_Copy -> media agent and disk lib in location B

    Simpana v10 sp14.

    Regards, Kay

Hello guys, if I may,we used to do this fine in V10 without anything special, had some issues in V11 but are getting worked out with Support now. We have a workaround in V11 (MA B has to be in Data Paths of GDP for MA A, apparently will be adressed in next SP6 (?)).

Do you have the Browse option in Control Panel to "Automatically switch copy to read from any copy" setting enbled?
