    Helllo Vaulters,

I'm configuring Exchanger mailbox archiving agent. Right at the beginning of the archiving job get the following error message

            Error Code: [28:353]
Description: Job results directory does not exist.
    Process: CVMailBackupCoordinator

In the CVMailBackupCoordinator on the Exchange Mailbox Proxy got the following message

Failed to detect presence of shared job results folder : [\\<exchange_proxy_hostname>]

Just the name of the server w/o share name.

In the Advanced properties of Exchange mailbox client shared job results directory looks as

I checked that the share is accessible from the CommServe.

    Hi Bancal,

Would you be able to attach a copy of the CVMailBackupCoordinator.log and CVMailBackup.log?

Also, what happens when you point or map the jobresults folder to a local volume?

    Thank you

I managed to resolve this issue by creating a brand new folder and sharing it. As simple as that.
