There are two options to manage this.  I would recommend using the Search Admin:

    http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=products/fs_archive_exchange/outlook_addin/t_exmbx_contentstore_email_viewer_configure_client_settings.htm#ContentStore_Commands_from_the_Search_Admin_Page

You could also use the following command line tool:

    http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=products/fs_archive_exchange/outlook_addin/t_exmbx_contentstore_email_viewer_configure_client_settings.htm#Running_a_ContentStore_Email_Viewer_Configuration_Command

At first thank you for your help. Is it also possible to change this setting for only one outlook addin client?

    Thanks

Absolutely!  The command line tool is just a stand alone utility that can be executed on demand on a single workstation.

The Search Admin page that I recommended has a rule configuration system where you can target ALL, specifics groups of users, or a single user allowing you the flexibility to target a single user/workstation.
