    Hi everyone,

    I hope I will keep it straight and simple. I have a customer who is experiancing problems with his Compliance Search restore but only if he uses the WebServer to perform the restore. Restore from CommServe itself is working without any problem.

    Here is some background information:

    - Upgrade from version 10 to 11 has been performed in January.

    - A view days ago the customer performed a move mount path to a different MediaAgent since the capacity for the Datastore was reached on the WebServer.

    Now the job controller is telling the following error: [The required Outlook version is not installed to perform the current operation.].

    What I can see on the QSDK.log is:

    4584  1464  02/13 11:59:37 ###### CVRestoreFiles::rcvPositiveAck() - CCvNetwork::ReceiveXDRMessage() returned error [0x80070306:{CCvNetwork::ReceiveXDRMessage(4890)} + {CCvNetwork::CheckIfDataAvailable(4957)/** RemoteHost:xxxxxcvws.kxxxxxx.local RemoteClient:xxxxxcvws RemoteProcess:DM2ExMBRestore.exe RemoteProcessId:4812 RemoteThreadId:6044 RemoteService: RemotePort:Type=Socket.     I attached the job log

    Is this now corresponding to the move mount path the customer performed or to the upgrade? Is somebody aware of this issue and has some idea of how to solve this?

    Thanks for your help,
