    According to the CommVault web portal, I have a critical error with the Onsite Tape copy of my CommServeDR storage policy.  The Health report page of the web site reports the copy has fallen more than 10 days behind which is a critical situation.

    When I check my console, I don't see any little red exclamation marks on that copy.  When I right-click and select View > Media Not Copied, I see over a dozen backups between 1GB and 11GB that are not copied.  What I don't see is any way to resolve this problem.  Does anyone have a recommendation on how to fix this?

    Since the CommVault cloud site only grabs data once every 5 days, I went into Control Panel > Monitoring > Cloud Metrics Reporting and clicked Upload Now.  I'll check tomorrow to see if the dashboard is still reporting this as a problem.

    This morning cloud.commvault.com is reporting CommServeDR > 2 - OnSite Tape is now 16 days behind.  I think I'll have to open a ticket with CommVault support.
