We're using CV11 SP7 with a Spectra T50e which has twin partitions with one partition being assigned to Commvault.

When performing mounts/unmounts we often get an error:

Failed to mount media with barcode [LTO004L], side [A_19], into drive [IBM ULTRIUM-HH6_2], in library [Spectra T50e] on MediaAgent [media01]. SCSI Operation: Move Media From Slot To Drive. Reason: The library reported that the picker is not empty. SCSI Error - ASC[0x80], ASCQ[0x01] Advice: If this error is persistent, check if there are any visible hardware errors reported by the device or Operating System logs. Please contact your hardware vendor.

Commvault support are saying it's 100% the tape library sending that sense code, Spectra are working the issue but in the meantime I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has experienced anything similar and if so what the resolution was?

The picker was not full at the time of the errors.
