    Small thing, it'd be nice to be able to track the progress of CMR's like I can with open support cases. 

    Some cases have resulted in CMR's, the original issue is fixed so the case is closed but I can't track the CMR which is usually the root cause prevention / long term fix.

    I realise that CMR's are probably logged on a non customer facing job system for dev, so if there's no easy way to link/customer access, maybe keep the original case open but in a "Pending Dev" state. 

    That state might have a 1-3 month SLA so someone will check on it every now and again with an update.
