    Hi guys,

I've setup a 3PAR datastore which is connected to VMware ESX-Host. I am able to snap the datastore.

But what exactly is to do to create a snap replication to a second 3PAR?

The documentation is very short on information: http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=features/snap_backup/configuration/on_cs/t_snap_3par_replication.htm

Please see the below link which explains the configuration process.

Basically you should have replication set it up between the HP 3PAR arrays.

Now create storage policy with replica copy and associate sub-client with this storage policy.

Make sure that source and destination array details are entered in Array Management with Target Array Name for the source array.

During the snap job, snapshots on source and destination arrays will be created. During the Automatic Auxiliary copy (default interval is 90 minutes), the index will be copied.
