    Good Afternoon,

Is there a way to change the account used to backup up a server on the sub client level without reinstalling the agent?

    Thanks

Where exactly are you looking to change it?  For the windows agent for example?

Local services for the file system portion, any application backup like AD, Exchange MB\DB etc should have a credentials setting in the specific IDA properties.

Change the account for what portion of the installation? The services themselves themselves run on the local user account. In Windows this can be modified by adjusting the users for the CV services under services.msc.
