    Hello,

I have a problem with mailbox restoration of Lotus Domino on a Client with V10.

All backups jobs are successfully completed.

After running the RestoreJob, it fails with an error:

    Error Code: [24:64]
Description: There was nothing to restore - subclient(s) not backed up
    Source: commserve, Process: StartRestore

File are created on the destination folder but, with wrong capacity. It is looks like files are restored in something between 5-10%.

Alle media\moutnpaths etc. are reachable. It was checked with Check Readiness options.

In the Job Details Events looks like (attached picture):

After revewing tha logs I can see some problem with WSAS..

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

    Machine : domino

    File    : clRestore.log

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

I need to ask for your help.

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Jakub

    Hello Jakub,

The error appears to be firstly coming from the 'fsIndexedRestore' process on client 'cvm2', based off the screenshot. Can you please check the 'fsIndexedRestore.log' file to see what it is saying?

    Thanks.
