    Hi All

Error Code: [19:599] Description: Loss of control process ifind.exe. Possible causes: 1. The control process has unexpectedly died. Check crash dump or core file. 2. The communication to the control process machine xxx might have gone down due to network errors. 3. If the machine xxx is a cluster, it may have failed over. 4. The machine xxx may have rebooted. Source: yyy, Process: JobManager

After upgrading one of the linux client to Index version 2, suddenly this only client's backup start failing, but after nailing down to what file system it having problem actually with are /opt and /var as all other file systems we able to backup under multiple subclients ( as all file system under one subclient also won't work just).

The case is already opened with the CommVault and as part of investigation cv development team also looked in to, but still no luck, Can someone please assist here.

    Thanks in Advance !
