certificate issue - not being renewed/rotated?

    Have a CV11 instance, upgraded from V9 last year, although this is a new and clean install.

    Most of the clients were added starting last summer over a period of a month or so, some later.

    As of yesterday, the services  on all of the clients, and MA hosts stopped. 

    When attempting to restart I noticed certificate issues in the logs.  Going into the Cert admin on the console, it only displays certificates created since last December.  For example, one host, created on 6/21/17, no longer has a certificate according to the commserve.

    Has anyone any experience with this behavior?  The rotation period on the commserv is set to 6 months.

    Please can you escalate to Customer support with logs.

    We need logs to be able to identify and resolve this issue.

    There is an incident for this.  Was able to resolve at least part of the issue so far.  Still not sure why the certs apparently were revoked, and not renewed.  The problem I am having now, is that even after creating a new certificate for some of the hosts, they are not listening on the "tunnel port".  So the Commserve still cannot communicate with them.
