I have a problem in which we have Windows virtual machines with Dynamic Disks with lun's presented directly
via iscsi, we are migrating machines from another backup software to the intellisnap did the initial configuration
and at the time of running the job says: "Dynamic disks are not supported for snapping by this snap engine. "

Virtually every environment uses dynamic disks

I talk with an engineer and he indicated to me a conversion of license, soon this will not be possible in our case.
Can someone help me with some other alternative to perform the snapping?

    Kind Regards.

Not sure if I understand the situation correctly, but can't you use this solution (assuming you are on V11 latest SP):
