    Good day!

    Have some problem with web console secure access (IIS web server).

    How can i change self-signed certificate (deafult) to CA(regular actions to add CA-certificate to IIS doesn't take effect, console still use self-signed cert)? Thank you.

    Hi mates,

    I have the same issue and I follow up the steps mentioned into the this link but it does not work.

    Link: http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=50506.htm

    Complete one of the following steps:

    Note: Skip these steps if you are using a self-signed certificate.

    • For new installations of v11 SP9 or higher, in the server.xml file, modify the path to the generated keystore file and the keystore password values.

      <Certificate certificateKeystoreFile="software_installation_path/Apache/your_file" certificateKeystorePassword="Password" certificateKeystoreType="JKS"/>

    In my case, my lab is up-to-date with the latest SP available.
    Regards,
    Juan.

    What exactly does not work? The lines you pasted explain how you add the certificate Keystore to the Apache configuration and should be correct.

    Did you create the keystore with the CA signed certificate beforehand?
