this means we are getting an error back from Exchange.  Can you try checking the Windows Application Event logs around the time of this error to see what Exchange is saying the problem is ?

Also, what action is being taken which returns this error.  Assuming it is a backup operation ?

    hi,

checked the logs, said something about failed bucketUndecided, any way, checked the console and the scheduled task for that job kicked of at 18:00 and the job is running, i think the vmtools went into a funny state and did something funny, cos i noticed the the vmtools are running now.

    thanks for your help Laughing

hi, ok i found the real cause of the problem, the account i was using for the exchange client wasnt a full exchange admin, used the correct account which had all the correct right and everything work perfectlly.
