Hoping someone has experience with this scenario.

We are running our backups to a cloud library in one region, let's say East region.  The mount path we are writing to has the vendors replication enabled to a target storage in the West region.

Replication of the data from the east region to our cloud storage in the West region is working as expected.

But following the documentation from BOL on how to add the west region mount path to the library does not seem to be working as expected.    We are unable to restore data from the storage in the west region.  Once we have libraries configured as documented, the restore fails with Index error.

If we complete remove all configuration for the west region mount path, and allow the restore to run over the internet from the East region, the restore works.

We are running CV v11 SP11.

Any experts in this area that may be able to provide some assistance.

What's the exact index error you're seeing?

Job Details only give the below.

    Failure Rason: Indexing Error

I did find this in the Job log:  GETINDEXFILES Media agent client name not set

I have opened a call with support.  I assume that this is a function that should work.  We must have something mis configured in the destination media agent.
