    Hi everyone,

    I am trying to log into Commvault with the rest_api_python_sample script provided on this documentation webpage:

    The script gets as far as attempting to log in, but all I get is "Login failed" despite the correct server, username and password.

    I'm running python 2.6.6 on RedHat EL 6

    I tried to debug it but there is no token field coming back from root.attrib

    In fact just printing root.attrib out to the terminal to try and debug the issue only shows:

    {'loginAttempts': '1', 'isAccountLocked': '0', 'remainingLockTime': '0'}

    No idea why login is failing. I have no issues reaching the server's tcp port 81.
