how can I change the hostname of a client computer in commvault with the commandline?

It is possible to change the clientname with this command "qoperation execute -af update_client_name_template.xml -clientName 'old_clientname' -client 'old_clientname' -newName 'new_clientname'"

But how can I change the hostname?

    Thank you for your answers!
