    Hello,
i want to backup my VM's from my XenServer Cluster.
    I use Simpana 11 SP 10.
Is it right that i must install a Windows proxy server and install the VSA Agent on it?
Is it better to install a dedicated proxy server?
Unfortunately, I do not find much documentation.

Actually we backup our vSphere cluster and it is much easier.
Only create the vcenter client and connect to them.

    Regards
    Dennis

You need at least one Windows VM with Virtual Server Agent for each Xen Pool.

I have install one proxy in the XenServer cluster and create a new Citrix Xen Client.
Seems to work. I can see the VM's.

    Great and thanks.
