did anyone know a workaround for this problem?

    Configuring SAP HANA Replication

You can use the SAP HANA agent to replicate a SAP HANA database.

For more information on the replication features that SAP supports, Go to the SAP website, HANA System Replication.

Important: The SAP HANA Primary node must be the first node that is listed in the instance details (Instance Properties dialog box, Details tab, Hana Database Instances box) so that the backups run on the CommServe host. After a "takeover" event, you must update the order of the nodes to ensure that you can run backups from the CommCell Console or from the Commvault scheduler. You can perform this operation by using the Commvault command line interface. For more information, see Modifying SAP HANA Instances Using the Commvault Command Line Interface.

    Hi Chris,

What are the HANA version and Commvault version and service pack you are at? Beginning v11 SP11, the takeover now is automatically detected and you don't have to change the order of the instances.

Do you see any issue with the jobs after the takeover?
