    Hi All,

we have an strange Problem... one of our customer has SP11 and would like to patch to latest ( 1.11.2018 ) hotfix level.

Over the Download Manager the latest Hotfix pack is not availble. So we donwloaded for all needed Servers the files manually and copy it to the Cache. Windows AIX is working fine but with linuxx8664 we get problems.

We increase the debuglevel and start the copy:

    Hi Smithse,

Couple of things to check for:

    1. Are you running the copy operation against a "non extracted" version of the hotfix pack download?
    2. Could you also check dbmaintenance.log to confirm the last time DBMaintenance was run on the CSDB. If it was more than 6 months ago, run dbmaintenance -full while there is no jobs running and retry the copy operation.
Let me know how you go with the above.
    Regards,
    Kaushik
