    Hi,

after modify automatic schedule pattern, the osc_config.xml file will not be update.  Even after restart the services on client, or push network configuration.

How can modifications be pushed to clients (laptops)?

Delete the file osc_config.xml and restart the services on the client will download the current values...  but this is not a useable workaround.

    Thanky , Kay

    Hi Kay,

It seems that it is necessary to delete\rename the osc_config.xml file and cycle the client services in order to update the file.

It should be possible to script the rename and then Commvault Service restart on the Clients to achieve this.

    Regards,

    Andrew
