Thanks for your interest in this case. I need to give some more information about it.
Well problem start after we update Commcell to SP14, then we was unable to configure backup folders (over webconsole) for new roaming users. We did open a support ticket about this and Mr Binaya from support did help us with giving us the patch for this (v11SP14_Available_HotFix2239). After we patch our Commcell problem was gone. So we did close the ticket. But this week our system was update with HPK7 we again got the same issue.
I had to start the same patch file to fix it. I wanted to sugest to support to implement that patch in next HPK* fix so I not need to manually start patch file. Maybe only we do have problem, but I would like to be sure with support about this.
Do I need to open new ticket in order to fix next hotfix to not block our new added roaming users to control their backup sets.
