I have 1 CS server and 1 MA servers installed with VSA (MA-VM) and 1 MA server (MA-EXCH). I did Upgrade CommVault 11 with new hardware refresh. All server use back the same hostname and ip address. I had upgrade CS first and MA-EXCH first, and VM image backup still can run that time. But after I upgrade MA-VM, all my VM image backup failed with this error "The Job is pending because Network Recieved failed. The Network connection was loss unexpectedly".

FYI, I'm using vcenter 5.1. I didn't change anything on the configuration, but what makes this issue occured? Really need advice on this. I did configure 1 way FW from the console but same error prompt.

You'll probably want to open a ticket. 5.1 is still supported on this version.
